Guest guest
Vyam Vysadevaya Namaha! ------- Dear Venkat, Any bad yogas marrs the good yogas of a chart, as the whole chart must work together as a whole, for the native. Kemadruma Yoga happens when there are no planets in 2nd or 12th from the Moon, hence the person recieves no support from neither family(2nd) nor spouse(12th). But consider this; would you rather have no support, than bad support(malefics in 2nd/12th)? Moon shows the manas of the person, and hence emotional support is the vocal-point. Best wishes, Visti. --- Venkateshwara A Reddy <venkateshwara_reddy wrote: > Dear Learned People, > Can u explain the meaning of Kemadruma. Why it > marrs the the good > yogas of Chart. Guest guest
Dear Visti, Both I and my partner have Kemadruma yog. In both our cases though the moon is aspected by Jupiter. Neither of us have been unsupported by our families, and we have both had heaps of support from each other. In fact, I have had enormous support from my mother's family especially. So it is probably quite easily broken. Guest guest
Dear Visti, I do not think that this is true. If Ju (Benefics)aspects the 2nd (from Moon) or the lord of the 2nd from Moon is strong and well placed, then there is likely support from the family. I have known a person who had Kemadruma and is closely bonded with his mother (her father died long ago). As long as her father was with her she was respected by him. I have little idea about the effect of aspects on the 12th but i wouldn't be surprised if the same hold true. Guest guest
Dear Anand, Visti, and Nimmi, 12th and 2nd houses and moon sign are moved, fixed, and dual signs in some order. The other other planets surely aspect any of these 3 signs thru Rasi Dristi. What if we consider Argala? Best Regards, Venkat > Dear Visti, > I do not think that this is true. Guest guest
Consider Jupiter placed such that he aspects the 12th from Moon as well as 2nd. (this means that the Mo/Ju have a 6-8 relationship). Would we still say that Kemadruma Yoga will operate in its complete form? Regards K.Anand ps: Consider that this Ju could be in friend's/own/moolatrikon/exaltation/vargottama. __________ Get your free @.co.uk address at http://mail..co.uk or your free @.ie address at http://mail..ie
Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna Dear Visti and Venkat! Kemadruma yoga is infact very bad and shows poverty or tough times in financial matters. Moon is the karaka for Maya (money and prosperity). Kemadruma is borken if there is planet in the kendra from the Moon which act as mutual co-worker of the moon to promote prosperity. One of such yoga is Gajakeshari.. Guest guest
This is an interesting question. Two points: 1. Evaluating any Yoga (or any astrological disposition in general), one has to consider ALL of the variables. Certainly Jupiter aspecting houses adjacent to the Moon will support the Moon and thereby decrease Kemadruma. 2. But, whether the quality of Jupiter's aspects is dependent upon its natal position is not clear to me. James Braha insists that aspects are the same regardless the natal disposition. Yet, he also acknowledges that rulerships influence aspects - I think. I tend to believe that everything in Vedic Astrology is cumulative, which means that the quality of aspects must reflect everything in the natal disposition, influences from the divisional charts and the nature of the house/sign receving the aspect. I would greatly appreciate thoughts on this. doug riemer vedic astrology, Anand K <adithyaputra> wrote: > Consider Jupiter placed such that he aspects the 12th > from Moon as well as 2nd. Guest guest
Dear Sarajit, Let us consider a Special case. Debilitated Moon in Scorpio and Exalted Jupiter in Cancer There are no plantes in 2 and 12th from Moon. There is Gaja Kesari Yoga(thru sign aspect and Graha Dristi). But Moon is weak. What is ur opinion in this case Best Regards, Venkat
Guest guest
Aum Gurave Namah Dear Venkat! I am very clear about the definition of the GK yoga. For this to happen Jupiter should be placed in Kendra from the Moon. I donot consider aspect in this case. In your example Jupiter is placed in the 9th from Moon, hence I donot consider it to be a GK yoga. Here Moon and Jupiter will not act as mutual co-worker enhancing the effect of both. I have Dhanu Lagna. My Moon is in debility and also vargottama (this increases the maleficence of debilitated Moon). Tithi is Sukla Navami, hence Moon is farely strong, although debilitated. Debilitated planets tend to give negetive side of their indications more often and with Rahu this is more afflicted!!! Jupiter is placed in Aquarius being retrograde. Though there is a gajakeshari yoga with fair strength as Moon got neechabhanga also. I don't have much hope from it as the auspicious results given by the yoga is greatly diminished by presence of Rahu and retrogression of Jupiter (Guru is not supportive). Thus you have to judge many such factors before concluding anything.
