Dear Anand,

The Graha Dristi of a Graha has nothing todo with its

powers, but Dristi means view or sight.

 

Rasi Dristi is based on circumstances and you may not

be able to see what you wanto.. hence we have the

difference between Rasi and Graha Dristi.

 

Graha Dristi refers to a desire of a graha, and Ketu

having no eyes, cannot see and hence doesn't have any

desires.

Sun, Venus Mercury & Moon have Dristi on the 7th from

them.

 

Mars, Jupiter, Saturn & Rahu have special Dristis

along with the 7th aspect.

 

Mars; aspects the 4th and 8th from its position

because its like Rudra and sees ones blood(4th), and

death(8th).

 

Saturn; is the great enemy of Mars, and aspects the

houses of growth(3rd & 10th/Upachaya). Actually Saturn

wants to give more longevity, opposed to Mars.

 

 

Jupiter; sees our past good(9th) and blesses

acordingly(5th).

 

Rahu; does the opposite as it sees all the past

evil(9th) and curses acordingly(5th).

 

 

What does it actually mean to give moksha? Isn't it

the elimination of desires, which causes our rebirth?
