Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I was trying to analyse this horoscope to find out the possible time of marriage and the reason for the delay. I am not really confident about my findings .. and am at a total loss to explain the delay. The horoscope details are ... date of birth - 28th Dec, 1970 time of birth - 5:06 am (Time zone 5:30 hrs) place of birth - Long:76E32 Lat:27N06 (India) I would appreciate any help on this. Regards. -Sumit
Guest guest
When I was studying my earlier challenge, I found that according to Parasara there will be denial of wife and sons if the Upa Pada is afflicted (bad 7th house seems to give only injury to wife or many marriages, this seems to be different). According to Sharma it's the 12th house, and there is of course the 6th lord and the 12th lord, and the house is aspected by deblitated Saturn. (If one views Upa Pada as the Pada of the 2nd house, it also becomes the 12th and/or Libra.) Unfortunately I was not able to research this since Sharma mixes the terms for sign and house while Parasara seems to make a distinction (by describing the Sripati house system and describing separate aspects for sign and house). vedic astrology, dost_1 wrote: > Hi Everyone, > > I was trying to analyse this horoscope to find out the possible time > of marriage and the reason for the delay. Guest guest
Thank you and Sally and Visit for providing such valuable inputs and guidance and really appreciate all your help. According to BPHS, the Upapada will be the Pada of the 2nd house if the Ascendant is Even sign (in this case Scorpio). This would make Libra/12th house the Upapada. This is owned by Venus and Venus is in own house, and Venus is a benefic, should not cause denial of marriage, although, there is still the aspect of Saturn (???). Visti > You suggested worshipping the deity of Mars. I may sound stupid but could you pl. also tell me the deity. And is there any thing else that could be done for an early marriage ?? Would Moon/Jupiter/Venus period be a possible period for marriage (Apr 2004) ? Guest guest
Vyam Vysadevaya Namaha! ---------- Dear Sumit, a) The Arudha of the 12th house is the Upapada always. b) The only female-martian-hindu deity that i know is Bagalamukhi. But heres a shortcut. By worshipping the female deity associated with our Moon sign, our mental health is better. So do the worship of your Moon-Female-Deity, whilst lighting a candle(mars). If you are doing any worship of female deities, light a candle whilst doing so.. Worship on the days of your upapada, to give smoothe marriage life. Best wishes, Visti. --- Sumit.Agarwal wrote: > Thank you and Sally and Visit for providing such > valuable inputs and > guidance and really appreciate all your help. > > According to BPHS, the Upapada will be the Pada of > the 2nd house if > the Ascendant is Even sign (in this case Scorpio). > This would make > Libra/12th house the Upapada.
