Are all these conditions (as you have ennumerated required) or one/two of them will suffice? Since the study of Jyotish is more spiritual than lab-based, shouldn't we consider the net effect of the 3/11/12/8 houses along with the 5th and arrive at a good estimate of the proficiency of the native in Astrology?
