He is a catholic so I cannot even suggest any mantras etc. I am actually looking for some kind of ayurvedic help here. The diagnosis was made the just after the WTC bombing. I dont have his chart, but found this suggestive, as another friend with a Sagittarius ascendant almost had a nervous breakdown the same week. Isn't this supposed to be a terminal disease? If other avenues have been exhausted, he may try this formula as a last resort (disclaimer - I am a novice in ayurveda): ----------------------- Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia): 8 parts Amlaki (Emblica officinalis): 6 parts Vamsa rochana (Bambusa arundanaceae): 5 parts Bhringaraj (Eclipta alba): 4 parts Brahmi (Hydrocotyl asiatica): 4 parts Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica): 3 parts Guggul (Commiphora mucul): 3 parts Tila/sesame seeds (Sesamum indicum): 3 parts Aswagandha (Withania somnifera): 2 parts Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus). 2 parts Shilajit (Natural Asphaltum): 2 parts Manjishtha (Rubia tinctoria): 2 part Hawthorn berry (Crataegus oxycanthus): 2 parts Pippali (Piper longum): 1 parts Neem leaves (Urtica dioica): 1 part Gokshura (Tribulis terrestris): 1 part Somalatha (Ephedra vulgaris): 1 part ----------------------- Make a mixture of the herbs listed above in the suggested ratio. Eat one spoon of it every morning with hot water and some suger to taste. Do it for a couple of months. It does not taste good, but it gives some hope of recovery. May God bless your friend! Mantras are for everybody. Try the Lords Prayer or something like AVE MARIA and see the difference.
