Respected Mr. Parthasarthy,

Please accept my humble apology for sounding 'not willing to learn'. The

basic intention was to try to dig deeper into your notes on karakas for

astrology and also to get a foothold in the discussions around it.

I agree that I should have noticed that Mercury should be strong. I am

willing to learn astrology more than ever, however, lack direction at this

point of time. I guess that might have something to do with the combust

Mercury in my chart(?) :-)

Some books state that Sun-Mer combination gives Nipuna Yoga, this statement

might not be valid if Me is combust.

Regards,

Abhilekh

RE: [vedic astrology] Combinations for astrologers(reply from

partvinu)

Dear abhilekh

your question has validity but not without flaws. the

reason for this is that

a)mercury as i said should be strong be placed in

shubha vargas is not present in the chart which you

have given. the basic premise is refuted because you

have yourself said that mercury is combust. next he is

not in the signs which i had mentioned. i didn't

mention capricorn in my analysis. also mercury is with

sun thus he would be overshadowed by sun's presence.

as i had said earlier mercury should have strength and

as far as possible independently placed. and as i have

mentioned jupiter and saturn should aslo be well

placed.Detailed discussion can take place if you are

willing to learn.

regards

V.Partha sarathy
