Yes.

a) Lord of its exaltation sign is in kendra.

b) Lord of its debilitation sign is in kendra.

1. Rahu-Venus Dasa's are not very good, they cause

Lakshmi to leave the person, because they become

greedy.

Venus is in 12th from Lagna and joined with Sun the

Badhakesh, In its Marana Karaka Sthana(worst

placement). Allthough this gives long life(see bphs)

any planets joining it will be damaged. Venus being

the Paka Lagna would damage your health no doubt..

Venus is in the 6th from Rahu(maha Dasa lord) and this

creates tensions with the opposite sex.

But!!!

2. Venus and Mercury are in Parivartana(exchange), so

Venus will act as if in Lagna.

During the Antar Dasa of Venus expect the results of

(1) to prevail but a change may suddenly come in the

dasa period due to (2), and you will begin observing

Ahimsa(results of 3rd from AL), and may try to avoid

activities with the opposite sex, due to the troubles

created.

Venus is furthermore a giver of Maha Raja Yoga in your

chart, being lord of Lagna and Hora Lagna, and giving

Rasi Dristi on Ghati Lagna.

So which Raja Yoga will it bring? Moon(AK) and

Mars(PK) are joined in the 11th house in your chart

and will bring Raja Yoga around the same time that a

saint/advisor visits you whilst working(Jupiter

Exalted in 10th).
