I am just a collector of copious astro-notes, meant to start studying astrology. Which is why in this List, it looks as if I know astrology. Unfortunately, my note-writing stage is still going on. I can not yet see charts confidently. So I have to politely desist from yr request. 2. Pl do NOT get discouraged, even by people pointing out your inadvertent mistakes, etc. Keep asking & someone knowledgeable may answer you. U cant force this; many questions of mine & many others have not been answered, but life goes on. If u have to insist, a) pl try & give a spl & honest reason for the urgency, b) pl search the archives of this List, which are fantastic. 3. I am providing below the section on Kuja Dosh from my notes. 4. BUT Pl remember Visti's posting about Upapada, etc being FAR more important. Also pl read Shri Gaurango's detailed article on Compatibility in the archives of this List & Mu-Min's on his List on the same topic. Both are detailed efforts. Actually it is VERY dangerous to read Kuja Dosh in isolation, esp given the subject, AND the unjustified fear it has created in India historically, & misused by astrologers unscrupulously. So be careful about the usage of Kuja Dosh 101. Kuja Dosh 101 (it will really take me a lot of time to un-abbreviate this, so pl bear with the abbrevns): Ma in 1/2/4/7/8/12 (fm Lg/Mn/Ve, esp fm all 3). Rayudu: most imp fm Ve, then Mn then Lg: opp usuly considrd. Problms in mrg & relnp. 7 most diffclt, tho socly v good, next diffclt= 1 & 8. Meangs depnd on hses: 1= Lg & miror.7 & Ma asps 7 & 8 (mrg durn). 2= fmly lyf & 8 of 7 partnr's lgvty) & Ma asps 5 (childn) & 8 (lgvty). 4= dom.hapines & Ma asps 7. 7= partnr, Ma asps1&2. 8=lgvty. self & sps, Ma asps 2. 12= loss of bed- pleasrs, Ma asps 7. But nr ½ populn will hv it: over-ratd, as many other frs. Esp rlvt in Ma dasa. Many excpns incl: (N: eg also obvsly unimp if cnj Sn in own Le): a) if marry prsn with similar plcmt, cancels KD, b) after age 30, as Ma matures out at 28, or if Ma dasa already gone or going to come v late in lyf, a) Ma in own/ exaltn sign (Rayudu: or in Le) modifies & some: cancels it if Ma=ld.7/2 in 7/2 rspcvly, OR=ld.9&11 & in KD hses ex in 12, OR fr females, Ma=ld.7 &8, & in own hse. Ma (some: or other NM) in 8 & any NB in 2 (7th asp to 8) not cnj any NM (if cnj NM, female dies early, but good marrg), b) ChMnglYog cancels KD, c) NM in 2/7/8 fm UpPd= widowd but remarried (but St & Ra in 7 not ml fr husbd), d) Others: fr Ma in: I fr I= Ar, 4 fr I= Sc, 7 fr I= Aq/ Pi, 8 fr I= Cn, & 12 fr I= Sg. Excepting that I'm 43, and Mars is in Leo (as in your notes)... so I guess the worst of it is over. Birthdata: Sept 6, 1957, 4am Austin TX 30N16,01 97W34-44 My birthtime is from Birth Cert - and my parents swear it was 4am. I can't imagine that it was exactly 4am, but that's the best I can do for now. History: Marriage July 1 1989, Divorce Nov 2(?)1992 no kids I'm currently in a long distance relationship with a wonderful man (May 22, 1941 no time Quincy, Mass 42N15-10, 71W00-10), and I would hate for my KD to mess with us.
