Guest guest
Dear Nandan. Vishy has answered your question, about source but i'd like to add; Parasara gave a basic foundation for many principles, and if you apply yourself, you can create great systems of approach, within these foundations. Narayana Dasa is one of the Dasa's that stands out, in Jaimini's Upadesa, but in truth its a mix of Dasa systems, allready taught. Many of the techniques today, are merely very well thought-out approaches from the pundits following the Maharshi's time. And many work very well. I don't use Koota matching, as it doesn't take Karma into account. I could be compatible with the prince of England, but i'm not gay nor in a position to be with him.. Hence Karmas. But try Koota Matching with your friends, and see the results. They should be good, depending on your Karmas. As for Kala Sarpa/Amrita Yoga, which someone asked about. Doesn't it look like a Bandhana Yoga of sorts? coupled with the Sarpa of Rahu and the Amrita of Ketu, in a Bandhana Yoga, produces what we call Kala Sarpa/Amrita Yoga. Very well thought out, don't you think? But we have no direct reference and thats what bothers people. When the time and age comes, we'll surely be able to discover new ways of applying the old foundations, which is essential to mark our progress. Best wishes, Visti. p.s. Does anyone know of any software that uses true Solar Years for Nakshetra Dasa's? That is using the Suns transit to determine the exact time of Vimshottari periods?
