Guest guest
Dear Mr Vishwanathan Ref yr query on St/ Ke exception in N Dasa: Initially, we were told that there were no clear guidelines, if BOTH St & Ke influence. However later, Mr Rath clarified, ie to decide based on advancement of longitude b/w St & Ke (obviously from end of syn) if they are in the same dasa-Seed (Pl remember that it is NOT the dasa initiation/ arambh syn but the Seed, the difference being in counting of yrs for antar, as it is the same for mahadasa initiation). And, if they influence from different syns, the normal str of syns rules apply. NOW, there ARE exceptions to this too, as a careful reading of CoVA would show. Fortunately, Mr Rath clarified one of them & I am attaching it directly from my notes: Excepn to excepn: Ref CoVA pg 393: marrg of Ms Sarada: "Dasa Seed= 7= Cp strgr than Lg. Antar Initiatn= Ta occ by St= ld.Cp, & direct (St excepn)". BUT St needs to be in Antar Initiation (Cp), not in Seed (Ta). R: "Sanau Che Tyeke" is difficult to interpret. If the influence of St dominates the decn on the order, = Regular (zod), which can hapn if either St is plcd in Arambha rasi or in the Dasa rasi (both imp as akin to Paka Lg vs Lg). ///ly reverse fr Ke. So here, presence of St in Paka of dasa rasi or Arambha Rasi domints decn. There is another instance of an exception to exception: ie Ref Pg 317 of CoVA: antar of Bill Clinton: Cp's MD from 1993 when became President. Cn given as antar initiatn. But as per abv Rules: shd start fm Ar= syn occ by Mn= ld of Cn= strgr than Cp= maha dasa Seed. I asked this question twice in this List. Once I got an answer that it is something to do with Sn/ Jp, etc. Maybe when we get & read Mr Rath's new book we will know. Maybe it is not fated for us to know.
