Guest guest Posted April 30, 2006 Report Share Posted April 30, 2006 Shekar, you have posted your case a few tims already, am sure many have written on it also But personally I suggest yo take up some Yoga, Pranayama will help you, esp Kapala Bhati, ANulom Vilom, Brahamari pranayama do this for 48 days you will be a stronger person all round STRONG MENTALLY which will have ripple effects on all aspects including your concern and lead a happier lfie fromthen,. but keep doing the Pranayama as said this takes just 30 of your day and you will be happier thru the day. shekhar <shekharssane wrote: Namaskar Gurujans I am Shekhar Sane.
