So to all readers: if a value that is say 33 minutes away from Raman, between Lahiri and Raman and the 360 day year savanmana works well for one, I say go with it. If it fails significantly, you have the free-will to fine tune it further. But please don't panic the first couple of times it fails. Look over your astologic that you used. Is that water-tight? If it is, then consider that these could be the instances (20%) where astrologers go wrong (check your own dashas and transits maybe ;-)) But if it is failing consistently, then consider changing it.
