Guest guest
Surya, You not read the main message I guess and took the foot note alone. I AM NOT AN ATHEIST, my grandfather was, to an extent my father is a rationalist. I BELIVE IN GOD IF THAT IS THE POINT OF YOUR MESSAGE. MY MESSAGE DID IT CONVEY I AM AN THEIST, surely no, else why will i use temples, god, container, water all the elements of the faith. We are given the symbols just to get the boundaries of thinking within it, then we are supposed to dispense with it as we are part of the space not limited to the physical bounderies. If we are talking of Brahamanda (universe), Brahamananda (eternal bliss by being with the supreme), the final goal then just as the initial images that allow our thinking to narrow down to it, then blurr it and merge with the Brhamananda. the goal of all mukthi margas are to merge with the supreme being hope I am clearer here. ****** when I used I am for an atheist lineage is to show you that it can evolve in generations eitherway. about your blind man example it doesn't work that way in reality. as blindmen invarioubly are given some inner sense to spot some trouble ahead of them (by the almighty) apart from the training now. you must see them get into local trains busses, cross important road crossings, it is amazing, god backs them up some other skills. I am partially sighted and always tried to help the blind in a little way at least but they manage well without any support or guidence, better than normal people by instinct,+ training they get. I CAN TELL YOU WHAT A DOCTER REMARKED at my observation I cross the road by sensing the traffic [or flow] than the seeing the road, she said when there is no traffic sense ? you say your are sensing traffic. it is a lottery even for normal people on the road to return home alive, or in shape. but as said can feel the air flow by speeding vehicles ata distance and plan the road crossing. I am sure fully blind people may have better sense of it than me. prashant surya <dattapr2000 wrote: Can you show me that these hell and heaven are not there. You also cannot prove that hell & heaven are not there. So atleast an equal probability is there i.e., 50-50 chance. Ex: A blind fellow is walking on road. Two people approach him. One says, there is a manhole in front of you. Other fellow says, first fellow is fooling you. There is no manhole and so can proceed. Now what the blind fellow should do? If he is wise, he will take a small diversion and then walk away happily. By taking diversion definitely, he has put extra effort, energy and time. But it is not at all a loss, why because if by chance manhole is there, he will fall in that and consequence will be more difficult to imagine. Now an atheist with rigidity will follow the second fellow's advice. An atheist with little bit of wisdom follow the first fellow. How? If you take an atheist, sofar he has spent some part of his life as an atheist. Now atleast for some part of time he can experiment thinking that Lord is there and observe and compare the differences in his own life before and after. Instead of doing this in his own life for sometime, he unnecessarily spends lot of time in gossiping nonsense stating that Lord is not there. He believes in people who support him only. This is the rigidity. Our wise blind man in our above example has taken diversion instead of going straight and saved himself. Likewise these atheists should experiment theism in their life for sometime and then come to conclusion. It is highly ridiculous to see these so called atheists not even thinking in this direction but they claim as wisest. This small idea did not occur to their wisest minds. They are not even allowing their mind to think momentarily also that Lord exists, this shows their extent of rigidity. That is the reason why they could not experience an iota of His grace sofar in their lives knowingly. at the lotus feet of shri datta swami surya www.universal-spirituality.org Prashant Kumar G B <gbp_kumar wrote: > I am from a atheist, rationalist lineage. > so this is very little I can say Prashant Messenger with Voice.
