Guest guest
dear contributors, I have been reading the valuable contribution made by many on the above topic. At this juncture I just want to bring to ur notice that many of us go to tirupathi temple seeking the blessings of Lord Balaji. while many of us seek an easier route to get an entry at the same time many of us fail to notice that true bhaktas are the ones who are prepared to wait to get a darshan of the lord by waiting patiently in Dharam dharshan queue. Lord will be pleased to receive the small offerings made by a poor villager who doesnt ask for anything big, but yet he comes with his family probably walking upto the hill and patiently waits in the dharma dharshan queue, sometimes it takes 24-36hrs for him to get the dharshan, he is prepared to endure himself to all these discomforts but yet he wants to have only the darshan of Lord balaji. I feel he is the most realised person than many of us who are educated and have reasonable amount of money to spend for the present and future. He may not be knowing vedas or upanishads but his mind is focussed to seek the blessings of the Lord without any material desire. I thought i can share my thoughts on this subject. with good wishes, k.gopu
Guest guest
Dear Shri Gopu ji, Your pious thoughts have carried me back to my child hood days when we used to visit Tirumala Tirupati for getting his blessing, the bus that carries bus to the top of the Hills used to reverberate with "Edukondalavada Venkata Ramana Govinda". with out any greed and selfishness they offer their hair irrespective of man and woman whether it is cold or hot.as compared to this a flying bhkta has many many short cuts and the God in waiting for him also blesses him as he donates Gold and new currency. The spirit of God prevails and one is satisfied krishnan K Gopu <kgopu_24 wrote: dear contributors, I have been reading the valuable contribution made by many on the above topic. Guest guest
dear gopu ji your doubt is a valid and intelligent one. according to the legend, lord vishnu came directly as a human incarnation unlike rama and krishna who were born in the wombs of human mothers. but even when the god came to earth direclty like balaji, he took a loan from kubera for which he is paying the same with interest, akin to india having huge loans from world bank, imf, adb and other global donors which it can never repay. hence lord balaji takes money from his disciples to repay his loan and interest. if you ask me how a god who came directly can take money from humans to repay his loan, i have no answer. hope more learnt members like krishnan ji can share the reasoning or rationale behind this. with best wishes arjun , K Gopu <kgopu_24 wrote: > > dear contributors, > I have been reading the valuable contribution made by > many on the above topic. Guest guest
dear suryaji, It is easy to say that it is an act of God for people who are born in perpetual poverty for their previous sins. If u analyse this poverty is created by the exploiters of the society. the greedy society which wants to amass wealth and wants to turn blind to the sufferings of the millions(particulary in India or some of the countries in asia). Are these people who are extremely rich and their richness has been acquired due to exploitation sometimes cheating have the permission of God or is it they have an unblemished karma in their previous birth. It is very difficult to answer these areas. Unless and until people have food to eat clothes to wear and shelter he or she cannot think of god. with good wishes, k.gopu
