Chalit kundli or janma kundli

Hello all, My name is Sonali and I am born on the 3rd of feb 1974 in

ahmedabad at 1:55 am.... Alot of planets in my chart become chalit

and move into the next house... Which position should be considered

stronger i.e. i mean the position in the birth chart or chalit chart,

and also I believe that in chalit the house changes but the rashi

remains the same... Please give your valuable comments, thanks, Sonali
