I wonder how the other comm-packages such as Goravani Jyotish and

Andrew Foss' software (sri jyoti I believe) are doing worldwide. I

hear of some made in India software packages too from time to time.

It would be interesting and informative if someone closer to the

scene and really knows about the usage scenario (some of the software

creators who might be on this forum) could give us an update and

educate.

Hi,

I have not tried Gorovani Jyotish, but I have tried

Shri Jyoti Star. I have also used JHora, Kundli, Horo

and Parashara Light 6.0. Above all this I find JHora

to be exceptionally good in calculations. Parashara

Light is also good, it gives you a lot of related

material pertaining to chart that you can read. So,

you do not have to search through the classics or

memorize a lot.

I am also looking for Leo Gold Professional edition,

but I have heard it is quite costly and I do not want

to invest right now in this. JHora is meeting all my

requirements.

If somebody has Leo Gold Professional, I would like to

hear the reveiews.

Regards,

Neeraj
