I am an activist working for female child saving.I have written many a poems about female infanticide and foeticide. My anger is against general society which thinks that everyone must have a son.It is not directed against your family in mainI ask people, What's wrong with having daughters? You have come to the forum adressing the learned members to give you a remedy. You must be knowing that these gurujans spend so much of their precious time, money and energy to attend to distressed querants like you. When we ask for a favour is it not requisite that we address politely, give them the due samman. To be so offensive and nasty, does it not so reflect on the family you seem to value so much? Sri Tatvamasi ji, whatever his age needs to be respected for his vidwat. It is not that your anguish behind the query is not noted. he only said that it was misplaced. All children irrespective of gender are the blessings of God, you can appreciate your good fortune if you happen to read through various posts of childless couples. Children are like blooms given care they flourish and prosper, else wither away in neglect. Kindly let it not be known to your daughters that were a poor second choice(?), it would break their heart, trust me. I am extremely sorry if I have been harsh, it has not been my intention.
