There is a possibility that it could be someone you knew earlier or the person would be very reminiscent of another whom you were very close to. At first glance one would be very surprised to note that despite the exalted lord of 9th in 7th, marriage got so delayed, even though rahu in kutumbsthan making rashi and aspect sambandha with saturn and gulika could be throwing the monkey wrench so to speak. In this chart, it is notable that venus is retrograde, strong and with sun and jupiter in the 3rd house with the two weakest planets in the chart, sun and jupiter. Venus is also darakaraka and the 3rd holds the upapada and pada of 6th. There are more negatives in other words that affect the rulers and karakas which overshadowed the moon which is very strong and of good quality. Since mars is in own sign and strong as well as lagnesh, hence it would not adversely affect moon (otherwise moon would be in papakartari). A bit of hastiness, tendency to feel a bit sensitive when criticised etc might result because of that. Have you had some near mishaps at work in terms of getting coopearation and collaboration of colleagues which could have affected your career or work?
