in my previous mail I have informed your good self about my getting a

job as Area sales manager in a reputed multi national co. which deals

in manufacturing and marketing of advanced domestic water purifiers

based on reverse osmosis process.In fact I have started my career as

sales manager in pharnaceuticals to insuranse sector and now landed up

in marketing of water treatment plants. My question is will I find the

stability with growth here, which is much needed for me at the age of

42? Kindly confirm and oblige.

Thanks for your quick response.In fact you have caught my nerve, when

you cautioned me about my boss"s temperament.He is very hot and short

tempered with a very big ego and I find it very difficult to cope up

with him.Any way I am an honest and hard working person,still I ask

your good self to suggest me some remedies ,so that I can establish

some harmony with my boss.As you have suggested I am already reciting
