for a new comer, pl guide me on 2 things:

 

1. how to put the time while we feed into any s/w or find out rasi chart,

...9th ansha.. 7th.ansha. do we need to feed any time corrections or just

feed the time given + Lat Long given??

 

2. elaboration on
