Question and Answer

Q: What is the method to neither give nor take sorrow?

Once you let sorrow in, the door is open for more and more to enter. To allow

such a thing to happen does not reflect the divine dignity of those who are very

much loved by God and who, in return, have very much love for Him. The stones

people throw are a test for us. Awareness allows us to pass such tests. The

strength for this is developed during the Murli, by training the intellect to

stay fully focused on each version so you can go into the depths of it.

There are five aspects that protect us from anger: Firstly, patience. Develop

patience based on soul consciousness. Secondly, tolerance. Not the kind of

tolerance where you feel that you are tolerating a lot, but tolerance as a

power. This kind of tolerance is a result of your soul conscious based patience.

It is present automatically. Thirdly, feelings of friendliness towards all. No

enmity towards anyone. Good relationships should not be maintained on the basis

of mutual praise, but on our spirituality and divinity. To develop friendly

feelings correctly, keep your mind away from the negative scenes it has

encountered. Neither think nor speak about them. Act as if nothing happened.

Brahma Baba really believed every soul to be his friend. Even when insulted to

his face, Brahma Baba never reacted. He felt, "It's not the fault of the

child."

Fourthly, bring out the depth and maturity of gyan. Baba's smile is filled with

teachings and power; ours should be too. In fact, there is no need to smile very

much. Vibrations do the work. Lastly, maintain an atmosphere of peace, truth,

and love. This is our only work at the Confluence Age. Drop seriousness and

heaviness.

Q: How can we free ourselves from the subtle aspects of anger?

Keep the aim of making your each and every day - your every moment - victorious.

Think: this day, these hours and minutes, will not come again. Scenes will

definitely come in front of me, but if I maintain this attitude, I will be like

Arjuna, the one who takes up every challenge. Maintain the awareness that no one

will, or can, make effort for me, and that even Baba's help goes only to those

who make honest effort, without excuses. We can't lose another second on this;

our immediate attention is needed! If we are still thinking about something we

don't need to be thinking about, it means we are still wasting time and energy.

Understand how every scene is very sweet. Everyone has their own part. Baba's

face is also very sweet and there is meaning filled in His every word. His only

desire is that we become like Him. My face should become like His! No one could

ever have as much responsibility as Baba, yet see how sweet His face remains.

There is no reason for our faces to get heavy. Understand: 'I' don't do

anything.

To be manmanabhav means to finish your accounts. Don't come in between the

accounts of others. Who's told you to pass judgment on others? Become your own

judge - judge your own behaviour. Judging others prevents us from producing pure

thoughts. We've only one month left for this. Use it to know: I am a soul. I

belong to Baba. In this drama, every soul has their own part, even if a soul

goes ahead of me, that is fine, too. I'm going Home; I am sitting with the

Baba..

Anger is a very disturbing force. It antagonizes and provokes aggressiveness. If

you want to be truly free of it, put all your attention on maintaining purity of

thought. Spinning the cycle of self realization creates pure, elevated and

useful thoughts. We need to get power from our thoughts. Go into the depths of

this. Understand the depths of going within. Peace is in our roots. We have to

reach to and work from our roots. Stop fighting yourself and others. Think: I

am a Brahmin. Keep spinning the cycle and stay so peaceful anger can't arise.

This requires a lot of attention, but the vibration of this reaches far.

Between us is the seed of harmony and comfortable, happy feelings, in the heart.

These are deep things, but if you water this seed, it will give good fruit.

Relationships will be successful.

Q: How is Dadi able to do so much and yet remain tireless and 'lost in the

loveleen stage'?

Have yoga with Shiva Baba and follow Braham Baba; then it's not difficult.

However, if your eyes dart here and there, you won't be able to follow anything.

The main reason we get tired is thinking that the service we do is our

responsibility. It is a big mistake to think 'mine'. It is an arrogance that

creates tiredness very quickly. Actually, I have no responsibility other than

to keep my stage light. When we get involved in relationships, use our own

nature or mix with the things of the intellects of others, then there is

tiredness. However, when our yoga is with Baba alone, soul consciousness

stabilizes and our stage remains good, constantly. Brahma paid a lot of

attention to us - even to the point of making sure we had right the right

pillows - but He always maintained this awareness: 'these are Shiv Baba's

children," and He always saw One Baba alone. Think deeply of His words and a lot

of strength and happiness will come.

There is unlimited service - enough to remain busy in it all day, every day.

Simply sit, be the master of brahmand, and just see how that divine power will

enable anyone who comes in front of you to have an experience. This kind of

service is a lift that combats tiredness and creates feelings of relationship

with everyone. It is enough just to sit in a corner somewhere and smile! Very

great work is done when a soul remains without complaints. Go into the depths of

how much God loves you and become happy. Learn how to sit and be peaceful. There

is no need to go running around; everyone will come to you to be served.

Q: Brahma Baba kept his future form in front of him. How can we see what we are

going to become?

BapDada neither looks at, nor thinks about, the deficects of others. However, we

do. We listen about and even speak of them and this is what prevents us from

seeing our future. Brahma Baba's only concern was to see the Golden Age, and

get others to see it too, as well as come into it with a high status. Not only

did he think, "I will be a King', but, "I will be the king so that everyone in

the kingdom can be happy." Baba felt that the inheritance of peace and happiness

should be experienced now.

Fortune is not created just by surrendering. You have to figure out what to do

to become Narayan, and then you have to do it. This is called making effort

based on your future. See and know, internally, that this life is not for being

ordinary.

Stay free of concern even if someone does something wrong. Stay detached and do

not get caught up in the things of others. Keep the intellect free, clean,

undisturbed. We are not Dharamraj. Baba isn't either! He is the Remover of

Sorrow and the Benefactor. It is our own karmic accounts that create

punishment. Baba has given us so much. Let us live in peace and happiness. This

is what creates the feeling of 'following the Father'. It is a great fortune to

be able to draw God's love. Our focus needs to be on this: drawing His love and

power. Being loveleen is a separate matter.

Have the purity of the truly devoted bride; be a trustee of His work. Keep

yourself free. This is the way to reach the destination in a good way. This

merges us in His divine love and the power of this turns us into pure gold. It

enables others to merge, too.

Let jeevanmukti and the happiness of a liberated life be the source of your well

being. Refuse to let anything reduce your faith that I am the one of the last

cycle; I have been selected from multimillions.

Om Shanti
