Guest guest
Dear Rohini: I agree, and Jyotish has helped me a lot, by articulating all the exact ways in which, I, and people think, and behave, we can begin to see the patterns of blame, but also prejudices, mistaken notions, bad habits,...and on and on. My guru, is Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, has even gone so far to say, that in the 'Ved,...ignorance, is calle pragya parads." Pragya parads, loosely translated as mistakes of intellect, though these are not really Mercury mistakes of intellect, but rather the kind of breaks in one's consciousness, when ignorance, or maya creeps in there. When I was in India, in 88, I heard this great expression: "Ayurved and Jyotish are meant to eliminate the pragya parads." When I came back studying Jyotish, my reserch then included how can 'jyotish' eliminate these blocks, hinderances...and even ways in which we blame. Of course, Mars is the classic example of blame. Where functioning malefically, people blame others for their stuff, like when Mars is classically in the 4 main houses of kuja dosha, 1st, 4th, 7th, & 12th houses, I see a lot of blaming going on. lst, house,,...everyone's the problem... 4th house, the mother, and home life was the problem... 7th house, my spouse, is the problem... and 12th house,... 'you' don't make enough money, so we don't save and we experience much grief... Of course there are many more examples of classic Mars 'blaming'. When Mars is with the Sun or Moon, or aspecting either of these, sometimes, Mars only has to be or effect Mercury. But, it's so great getting the insight from Jyotish, that Mars blames, because whenever I hear 'blaming' going on, and I see the person, seems to have forgotten the whole concept of karma, or as we've sown, so shall we reap... Then, I try delicately, to remind them of this deep cosmic concept of karma, and that our Jyotish is a great, verification of this principle,... and even more then this, a great technology of self-improvement. One last thing,... the biggest challenge with our pragya parads, which are really all our malefics, including blaming and/or Mars,...is that "where we have our pragya parads, sometimes we do that which is not right for ourselves." And, I see this so much in people, that our malefics represent where our 'blinders', or mistaken notions are, including blame, and that's why we keep experiencing problems and sooo often, so difficult to get out of. But, once we 'get' it, we're on the path, we understand karma, and we have even a small shred of receptivity, then, we can accept responsibility, and then, begin the process of really moving through our stuff. Fun talking with you all. Sincerely, Mark Kincaid founder Nature's Astrology 641 472-0000 markkincaid http://www..com

Single factors given so much weight as to form a 'reading' simply do not work! I am sorry but hopefully I am not interfering with what you are teaching or what your jyotish Guru has taught you!
