This is NOT correct- religious enumeration. This is somebody's own

enumeration-through the hat !.The correct Religious (Sanathana Dharma/Yoga

Paathanjalam)) enumeration is:

(1) Anima :=(Making the physical body to a very small-Atomic-size To be I am

as I am. I am a point of light located at the middle of eyebrow. Experiencing

myself in my original form, atom size, with my original qualities and powers is

called anima

(2) Mahima:=(making the physical body to gargantuan dimensions) We are

naturally in this gargantuan form with the physical body totally different from

our original size of point of light.

(3) Lahuma:=(making--feather light) To have good wishes for all means we are

experiencing the body of light – subtle body where we feel ourlself feather

light free from jealous, hatred, heaviness of thoughts - stress

(4) Garima :=(making-- heavier than Himalayas). With the Powers to face,

Powers to tolerate we become heavier than Himalayas

(5)Praathi:=(a Yogi living in a small hole(Philam) going to Brahma Lokam and

coming back) To Love and interact with God , I should experience myself in my

original form of point of light and travel through my Intellect to the world

called Brahm lok (Paramdham) where the Supreme Soul, Supreme Father, God Shiva,

the Supreme Point of light resides

(6)Praakaamyam:=Para Kaya Pravesam=the Athma entering from one living mortal

body to another dead body(Athi Sankaracharya is said to have demonstrated) To be

detached from all actions even performing actions – experiencing myself as point

of light and coming into the conscious of body, which is a non living thing

(7)Eesathvam:=God like abilities (benefactor at right moment) To have good

wishes for all and helping others to face the world with the Powers we have

stored/get charged by remembering Supreme GodShiva continuously.

(8)Vasithvam=Swayam vayam=by spiritual powers making a person to do (good

things) what one likes (vachamaanaya swaha) To control my thoughts at will and

thereby enabling others to do good things by the Power of Silence

Anima-Mahima-Laguma-Garima-Praathi-Praakaamyam-Eesathvam-Vasithvam=8

All heavenly souls and Rishis are said attain Asta Siddhi by their yoga

abyasam. But sri Hanumanji has demonstrated all 8 Siddis-sri.Goswami Tulsi Das

says in "Hanuman Salisa"Asta Siddhi-Nava Nidhi ke Dhaatha"

food is physical product. Its chemistry is known completely and

appears on all boxes of commercial food, cereals onwards!

The 'love' part you allude to is in the mind of the 'consumer' of

the food, not the preparer -- who is generally unknown!

Such is the power of imagination that you can, if you are properly

equipped with knowledge, experience and self-confidence (emanating

from knowing and experiencing true LOVE!) then even putrid food can

serve your needs and poison cannot kill as we have learned from

Meera Bai's allegory.

Meera bai did not die, but hemlock killed Socrates! In a short

period of time, it seems love and conviction outlasts intellect and

reasoning!

However, in the big picture, many many centuries hence, both

Socrates and Meera bai live on, their thoughts and truths live on!

Meera Bai's ones seem to pose more of a challenge to modern

individuals than Socrateses!

But both are not here any longer, through forced or natural death.

Their thoughts, though remain with us as challenges every day. Meera

Bai's ones are more challenging I suppose than Socrateses!

Run with it!

so , it is always better to cook your food for yourself, if you are

very much keen to have your thoughts pure - purest.

converted to thought energy. So both are energies. If a person who

cooks have negative or bad thoughts (or good thoughts), the

vibrations created by him will affect the energy of food that he

prepares and the person who consumes that energy-food will have his

mind affected by those mixed energies.
