13:45HRS AT CALCUTTA..

LAGNA:VIRGO

SCORPIO:JUPITER®

CAPRICORN:RAHU,MOON,MARS

TAURAS:SUN,SATURN,MERCURY,VENUS

CANCER:KETU.

 

I HAVE VIRGOTTAM LAGNA & MERCURY....CURRENTLY RUNNING RAHU-MARS-

JUPITER DASA..MY CONFUSION IS AS FOLLOWS:

 

1. WILL MARS BEING 3RD & 8TH LORD EXALED IN 5TH HOUSE BE BENEFICIAL

FOR ME & IF YES WHAT TYPE OF RESULTS..I HEARD THAT 8TH LORD IN TRINE

DOES NOT GIVE GOOD RESULTS AS IT ALSO ASSOCIATES WITH MOON & RAHU..

 

2.JUPITER HAS KENDRA ADHIPATI DOSA & ALSO BADHAK,BEING 7TH

LORD..DOES ITS RETROGRATION MAKES IT MORE HARMFUL OR BENEFICIAL?WHAT

TYPE OF RESULT I CAN EXPECT IN ITS MAJOR DASA..

I like to think of vargottama as staying power, constancy, hanging

on to your grounds! Lagna is like a city! Staying is inherent to its

attributes and so vargottama may not have that much of a big thing

for lagna than a planet which moves around and is supposed to. Yet,

it is better to have vargottama lagna than not, I suppose -- so

enjoy the experience.

 

Since mid January 2006 or so, are you finding that you are being

challenged by those who surround you to -- participate, pull your

weight a bit more, to participate a bit more, to be with it, as they

say? It is almost as if your long journeys, distant plans, big

picture view has been confronted to focus more on shorter trips,

closer distances, smaller projects but more personal effort and

productivity? And increased and improved communications?

 

Perhaps it started with 'expectations' that you finish projects that

were unfinished or abandoned or put on the back burner, by yourself

or others?

 

Your research, homework so to speak and the effort you put into

those has been challenged during this period?

 

Do you wish to travel more or perhaps have been expected or forced

to?

 

Home and outside -- managing those two areas have become a bit of a

challenge? Good thing you are young!

 

Next several years are going to be about priorities. How you

communicate and negotiate your personal priorities, in personal and

occupational life and how that dovetails with what others expect

from you.

 

Personal efforts, intelligent planning and how to focus despite many

temptations, conflicting priorities and resulting challenges are

going to be the theme for many years. Only through integrity, a very

wide and broad outlook and big picture, stand back perspective and

thinking can you make it happen.

 

Since you are a jyotishi (anyone who is interested in jyotish!), you

need to focus on saturn. What it means, watch for the influences and

traits that saturn represents. Picture yourself as jupiter who has

to wear the uniform of saturn and perform accordingly.

 

You have good research and mental capabilities to do that, take the

hard way - walk it as opposed to get some 'sherpa' to carry you!
