Advise needed urgently about my job and stability in life

Dear Astrologers,

 

I request your guidance on job-satisfaction and career stability. I am

working as manager in Bangalore based MNC. Most of the time my hard

work/situation is not recognized by my peer/boss. Though I do a good

home work to plan something but there is constant obstacle and delay

during execution leading to frustration. At the same time could not

able to concentrate on one thing or execute one plan. I appreciate in

advance, your suggestion (gemstone/mantra etc) and effort spent.
