Guest guest
Dear all, Whenever I fast for a particular deity I wonder what is the correct way to fast. Can any one shed light on what is the actual procedure to fast. 1) What should not be consumed during this time of fasting. Can we drink water, juice, tea, coffee . 2) which is ideal time to wake up in the morning and other procedures to do during this time. I generally fast on Friday and saturday and everytime I wonder what is correct way to do it.
