I got married to an engineer guy in year 2000 who left to work abroad and did not come back to me and sent me divorce notice. So I left his parants house where I used to reside and out of anger lodged false FIR implicating his entire family in Dowry case. I have a daughter too from my wedlock. I want to know will I be able to win the case and punish my husband? I am giving you particulars of me. Birth date 21 sept 1974 Place Panchmarhi, Distt. There are very few chances of him getting punished in this dowry case. Only, you will be wasting your time taking revenge, while he has already got into another relationship abroad. Can you please share your logic? Also, by claiming on a public forum the falsehood of the complaint, I wonder how can she win the court case?
