Guest guest
Dear Surinder ji, I am a wanderer in cyberspace which I discovered around 1980 or so when I found myself in a strange land, a strange culture and interestingly enough, entirely by personal choice! It is a beautiful place to learn, and grow and connect. It is very much like my personal experience of swimming. There was one very protective Chacha Ghulam Rasool who took me to the swimming pool regularly and showered all love and support but within that envelope of protectiveness, day after day. Then came that disinterested instructor (who hardly instructed, or so I thought!) who showed up everyday but did nothing! Well he came out of the blue one fine morning when I was happily hanging on to the ledge on the edge of the Indore Swimming pool and paddling my wee little legs away! He said simply and in no nononsensical way --- WALK BACK A FEW FEET AND SWIM! I looked at Rasool Chacha who never challenged that way the entire month that he was being loving and supportive and the glance I got back from him said, "Do it, beta!" I swam, for the first time ever, and NOT gracefully at all! And as I look back now, a 50+ year old man who has had many more survival challenges than a little five feet swim to impress upon that instructor who challenged me, or Rasool chacha who believed in me all these days but never dared me to do it -- I experienced in my life and for ever and ever the significance of LOVE, TRUST and CHALLENGE! Sometimes, even when we do not realize it, CHALLENGE really reflects TRUST! When we get challenged here and elsewhere with charts and questions, there is trust and there is challenge but over time, what really remains is LEARNING! Please do not knock these reading requests! They are here for learning and even if you do not get feedback and wonder if you wasted the couple of hours that it takes to give a good reading -- think of the endless hours that you wasted in your school learning science and botany and now you are a WEB DESIGNER for crying out aloud! NOTHING IS WASTED! EVER!! Each request for reading is a challenge and the best performance you will give is when you get the deep inner sense that you did it right and do not REALLY wait for a feedback!! Guest guest
Hello : Your observation is apparently true, but not really. The forum is to discuss about Jyotish and remedies. When someone answers to free help requests, he generally includes a brief analysis. This helps the learning and through such help messages, discussion on theories emerges. So it is not the way you are observing it. While I have stopped responding to free help requests long back, I do have true respect for the learned members who respond to it. It is a great and noble job. There is no reason to discourage responding to free help requests or posting free help requests. Even apart from this free help answers, theory discussions take place. And no one should have a problem if people are getting free help. We all promote or demote ourselves through our acitivities, even if we do not want to. If you see an aggressive effort of commercial promotion, please point it out to me, writing an email to my address (And not to the forum). My address is ultimate @ siriusbb.com [Put these words together.] Thanks, Tanvir What cannot happen, can never happen. Which is mine, is forever mine. http://www.jyotish-remedies.com - Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) Predictive astrology with incredibly powerful problem solving remedies Where relief and solutions are found - surinder gautama Wednesday, January 25, 2006 12:25 AM Free Analaysis I joined this group hoping that through the forums, one would be able to exchange views ideas and knowledge about Jyotish. I must say I am very disappointed. All that is happening is people e-mailing looking for free horoscope analysis and some astrologers trying to promote themselves and their websites. Perhaps the mederator of the groupwould re-think as to why this group was formed?
Guest guest
yes, I totally agree that these free analyses help tp learn, if only astrologers could also give the logic/reason/analysis behind their predictiions. "you will get married in 2007 or you will face a divorce in 2009" cannot help to learn. --Manoshi , "Tanvir" <ultimate@s...> wrote: > > Hello : > > Your observation is apparently true, but not really. Guest guest
Dear Manoshiji, If you see the mails which get such replies as you have mentioned they just want to know the results..nothing more. but for instance if you had read the reply to mail related to Visha Shoola Dasha, krishnanji has given in detail what leads to such a dasha with an example so basically it all depends on how we ask the question. Moreover this is a type of service some of our learned people are trying to do. Lets not discourage them. Hope you agree to this. Guest guest
The scamsters and conmen always exploit the greed of their victims. This group is already providing free services to all. But, if someone wants genuine personal advices he should be ready to pay for it. Genuine knowledge is valuable and always comes at a price. One should also not expect the astrologers to reveal all their hard-earned knowledge on public user groups. There have been numerous instances where unnecessary arguements have been raised by novices in astrology, on explanations by seasoned astrologers. A lot of time is wasted in clearing doubts of each and every novice's mind. Then, how would you explain in a step-by-step way, something that has come in a flash of intuition. With experience the astrologers' calculative speeds increase and when they themselves try to pinpoint the exact reasons for their predictions, they find it very tedious. It is like slowing down a vehicle going at a speed of 1000 miles per hour to a 1 mile per hour speed. It is the same with every science and every brilliant scientist.
