Guest guest Posted January 21, 2006 Report Share Posted January 21, 2006 Dear All Maharshi Jaimini has described in his upadesha sutra about the bandhan yoga, if any native has planets placed in 2-12, 3-11, 4-10, 5-9 and 6-8 houses from Lagna , Arudha lagna or Atmakaraka is called bandhan yoga. If this is formed from the Lagna means then bandhan of self i.e. imprisonment , or kidnapping may happen, if it is from the AK then bandhan of Atma and if it is from Arudha Lagna then boundation of surroundings may there in life of native. Recently a guy came into my contact who was being kidnapped by some danger kinappers and was sold to some 'daku' in chambal and ultimately after too many efforts of administration he could be released after a month and half. he is born in leo asendent and with exalted sun in 9th house , exal sat in 3rd house. All the planets are forming bandan yoga. his birth data is given here as under. DOB : 4th may 83 Birth of Date : 03:05 PM Place : indore Date of kidnapping : 19th nov 04 Date of release : 8th dec 05 Dasa in operation : At that time mahadasa lord was rahu, anterdasa lord was saturn and pratyaner dasa lord was sun. In this case:planets placed in 2-12, 3-11, 4-10, 5-9 and 6-8 houses from Lagna , Arudha lagna or Atmakaraka"Its relevance in a particular case with reference to other cases to need to be checked particularly: Swami SankaraCharya who was imprisione jayalaitha kannada actor raj Kumar 2.It is also not clear whether all houses cited have to be involved or any one or two houses. what houses remain free from yoga are 2-8,5-11 and 6/12 3.Infact 5/9 are trikonas are considered be good and yogakaraka house in normal terms.Also4/10 are Kendras.Even if if we term 3/11.2/12 and 6/8 are badhakas and malefics and may cause problems in life. 4.here no importance also seems to have been accorded to planets which are considered as benifics like jupiter,venus and moon and mercury. It may be relevant in this regard to quote late shri B.V.Raman about "jaiminis abtruseness" and quoted for predicting important events happen during the life of a person,sage generally prefers chara dasa. It is to be noted that sage jaimini had applied different dasa system with many lagnas and bhavas. The sage related a particular bahva to give any clue a particular dasa was considered. From this lagna, mars and sun are in 8th house in strength. Rahu is with strong sun in 8th in the asterism of mars, lord of and in 8th. Both sun and mars are aspected by saturn, a functional malefic, since it is in an odd sign and odd sign rules 6th house and in the nakshatra of rahu. Deceit, confinement show up. Rahu was transiting aries (8th) on the day of kidnapping and aspected by mars and saturn! On the day of release, jupiter, though a weak planet in the chart in Shadbala, in star of saturn was transiting the natal saturn, with rahu in jupiter's sign and mars retrograde in aries, its natal horoscope position, right across from jupiter, who was in ninth from moon (lord of 11th) who was placed in 5th at birth.
