Respected Gurus,

Could you clarify the following queries for me?

a) For child birth ,one sees 5th house, the lord of 5th house,the

planets in that house and guru's aspect. In case one of the

horoscopes- say husband/wife's 5th house is bad,say no putrabakiyam,

then will the couple have children?

 

b) Again pertaining to child birth- A child is born during the dasa or

bhukti of 5th house lord/planets in 5th house/ guru right? So only if

Dasa/Bhukti of 5th house lord/planets in the house match for both

Husband and wife,only in that period a child will be born right?

 

c) What planetary combinations does one look for in a love marriage?

Dear Vidya,

 

You are on right tracks in judging 5th house and issues, but

what all you have written are just DICTA or some kind of guide

lines to judge the house and NEED NOT BE TRUE 100% always.

So, even if couple are running dasha or bhukti of 5th lord

or Guru, it does not promise a child in that period if not

too strong in indicating CHILDREN. Because you know that the

5th house is not only about children, but also has many other

karakatwas. In Jyotisha, judgement and timing of events is a

very difficult task and can not be mastered easily. It comes

with experience than the tools and knowledge one has.

 

Again, in addition to the planets you have written, there are

many other factors which can influence or DEVIATE the time

of fructification - like star lord, dispositor, navamsha lord,

particularly saptamsha status for children.. and so on. After

analysing all details, one can arrive at timing. So, it is

not just the dasha and bhukti of 5th lord/associates or Guru.

Though all seem well, there are some key points like YOGAs

and DOSHAs which can influence any event in their own way.

For example, Anapatya yogas can cause childlessness! Sarpa

Dosha or Shaapa can cause the same too. In addition, if bIja

and KShetra longitudes if weak, can cause impotency!

 

For love marriage, the prime house of interest is 5th with its

lord, lagna lord, Venus and Mars being key planets. Secondary

considerations are 7th, 6th, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th houses too!

All houses have their own role to play in any matter.

So, please go through standard books to know a lot more things

before you jump into conclusions.
