So the first thing one has to check is the horoscope and the current Dashaa/Transit of the ruler ie MLA or MP or CM, PM or even corporator of the region! They hold a key in predicting calamity and disasters like this. If one can foresee from that, there is also some 'pacification' remedy the King can do for his subjects. After the entire whole world believed that earth was flat until it took one man to prove it wrong. What the vedas say cannot be wrong! And for every science they are the source. If interpretation of the reader and practitioner goes wrong, it is because they have not yet achieved perfection in their performances.
