Respected All,

Please guide and tell the procedure of pooja on the auspicious

occasion of dipawali.

Kindly tell the

1. Vidhi from the day of dhanteras.

2. Mantra jaap for the well being and of curse for the obtaining the

blessing of laxmi ji by way of shower of wealth.

3. Should we use clay idol or silver for this pooja?

4. Procedure to give shine of silver idol of laxmi& gnash.

I am asking for this because we are attached emotionally with the idol

and can not give that idol in market to shine it by way of chemicals.

Dear Anuj,

 

You can use a toothpaste and a toothbrush with hard bristles to

remove the corrosion from the silver idol. Simple but effective. Another method

is to heat some water and mix a teaspoon of baking soda in it. Dip the idol in

it for a few minutes and scrub it with a clean scrubber.

 

My favorite method is to use colgate toothpowder as a cleaner.
