Guest guest
dear brother ranjanji as per bhrigu samhita, gemini is the exalted sign for rahu and saggitarius is the debilitated sign for rahu. saggitarius is the exalted sign for ketu and gemini is the debilitated sign. cancer is the mool trikon for rahu and capricorn is the mool trikon for ketu. in ravan samhita, it is written that both taurus and gemini are exalted for rahu and scorpio and saggitarius are debilitated for rahu. similalry scorpio and saggitarius are exalted for ketu taurus and gemini are debilitated for ketu. modern astrologers (in their books) have given virgo as own house for rahu and pisces as own house for ketu. you may wish to refer Lalkitab astrology also because only under Lalkitab astrology, meaning of combination of other planets with rahu and ketu is given. also in their varshaphal charts, rahu and ketu can be present in the same house. though these things are not in line with the vedic astrology, i found the readings based on them incredibly true. with best wishes arjun "Rohini (Crystal Pages)" <rrgb wrote: Please share, if possible: 1. Which signs you consider as the exaltation and debilitation signs for rahu and ketu? 2. Classic source if known or even modern source if known, for this information. 3. Do you use these signs when considering the nodes in general considerations (yogas, dashas etc) or in special situations (chara dasha, for instance)? Information provided with examples would be most helpful but I would not mind hearing general and anecdotal views about this topic. Thanks for your help and time. Guest guest
Respected Arjun Pandit ji, Rahu and ketu can be , at the most, in the adjacent houses in the Varsh phal based on a Janma Kundali and not together in the same house. Yes , if a janma kundali is cast by looking at the palm , and not based on the birth data , then only it is possible that both rahu and ketu might appear to be together in the same house which in the Lal Kitab terminology is known as " dono grah ek hi bhav mein bol rahe honge" With respect to all the gurus, Varun Trivedi , arjun pandit <panditarjun2004> wrote: > > dear brother ranjanji > > as per bhrigu samhita, gemini is the exalted sign for rahu and saggitarius is the debilitated sign for rahu. saggitarius is the exalted sign for ketu and gemini is the debilitated sign. cancer is the mool trikon for rahu and capricorn is the mool trikon for ketu. > > in ravan samhita, it is written that both taurus and gemini are exalted for rahu and scorpio and saggitarius are debilitated for rahu. similalry scorpio and saggitarius are exalted for ketu taurus and gemini are debilitated for ketu. > > modern astrologers (in their books) have given virgo as own house for rahu and pisces as own house for ketu. > > you may wish to refer Lalkitab astrology also because only under Lalkitab astrology, meaning of combination of other planets with rahu and ketu is given. also in their varshaphal charts, rahu and ketu can be present in the same house. though these things are not in line with the vedic astrology, i found the readings based on them incredibly true. > > with best wishes > arjun > > "Rohini (Crystal Pages)" <rrgb@s...> wrote: > Please share, if possible: > > 1. Guest guest
Please review vargas as described by Sage Parashara. Also, please note that rashi kundali is one of the 16 vargas described by the Maharshi.
