That elusive big house

Hello all,

 

I give below my birth details for analysis of the esteemed members.

Male born on May 12, 1969, 10.35 PM in Mumbai

Lagna - Sagitarius

2nd house - Capricorn

3rd house - Aquarius

4th house Pisces with Rahu, Moon and exalted Venus

5th house Aries - with exalted Sun and debilitated Saturn

6th house - Taurus with Mercury

7th house - Gemini

8th house - Cancer

9th house - Leo

10th house - Virgo with Jupiter ® and Ketu

11th house - Libra

12th house - Scorpio wih Mars ®

Present dasa Venus-Jupiter-Venus

 

I wish to know when I can move to a bigger house. Rahu transiting my

natal Moon in 4th seems inauspicious but could it help me make q

sudden move for a bigger house? The dasa of exalted Venus in 4th is

positive and as lord of 6th house which indicates debts among other

things, I may have to take a huge home loan for the same. I expected

something from Jupiter transiting its natal position in my 10th house

Virgo and aspecting my 4th, but nothing materialized except lots of

renovation of my old house!

 

One concern is on my job front. Rahu and Ketu have always ended my

jobs abruptly and with the benefic Jupiter no longer in my 10th, I am

getting worried about losing my job again as Rahu and Ketu are in my

natal positions in 4th and 10th. However, things are quite well at

the job front and I am enjoying myself. Could this be the lull before

the storm? I am suspecting something could hit me a few months before

Rahu and Ketu transit again next year as they have always one prior

to their transits.

 

Financially, things are not bad but not what they used to be. Any

period when finances from my side-work on the Internet could pick up

like that in last year?

 

Lastly, Saturn transits my 8h house from lagna. Many astrlogers told

me theres a life threatening event coming up after I complete 38

years of age.I am having quite a few experience with death lately

with a freind and relatives passing away. can anyone confirm this so

I can take appropriate steps?

Hi,

 

 

With Rahu appropriating the waning Moon in your natal chart could

have given you a house but I notice that Rahu antardasha is already

past. There must have been several indications with resepct to

your 'big house' in the recent past- last year or just before that

precisely ie during the rahu antardasa.

 

 

On the other hand, we can not really rule out this ambition becoming

true with the dasha of venus going on . which is exalted in the 4th

house. How ever, it is very much doubtful whether you can buy it

during the Jupiter antardasha as Jupiter is occupying the angle, thus

becoming somewhat inimical to you in spite of being lagnadhipati or

during that of saturn. You are likely to buy it sometime during 2009

to 2012(is it that far off???) especially if your wife pitches in to

help you.

 

Please do let me know if you have bought the house earlier.

Hello Kishore,

 

Thank you for your inputs. I purchased 2 houses during Rahu antar and

I am now trying to sell off the smaller one so that I can go for a

bigger house. Rahu antar was not at all good. Basically, Rahu-Venus

conjunct in my case magnifies the bad effects of Venus. As lord of my

6th house - indicating debts and enemies - Rahu antar made me default

on many loan payments and creditors doing rounds of my house and gave

me severe mental tensions.

 

I am also resigning myself to the fact that I could buy a house late

but things happen very suddenly in my life. What do you think

Rahu+moon+Venus indicates in 4th with Venus exalted? Somoene told me

I will have 2 attachments but refused to give more details. I do not

know what he meant.
