Regarding the influence of eclipses, the following story might be of

interest to students and shastris alike:

Pakistan earthquake predicted in advance by Vedic astrologer

by Patita Pavana das Adhikary

Excerpt:

I have named the October 2nd eclipse of the sun as Eclipse Elmo and

the lunar event of the 17th as Eclipse Eleanor. From a astronomical

point of view, they were certainly not the longest, darkest events to

ever blight the sky, but apparently their influences were nonetheless

as devastating as any eclipse could be. The point of intesection

between Elmo and Eleanor occurred on Sun the 9th as the headlines

blared "Twenty Thousand Dead In Pakistan" and "Landslide in Guatamala

buries an Entire Village of 1400". And the foolish, smug, demonic

material scientists think that--in defiance of ancient wisdom of all

cultures of the Earth--that eclipses can bear no effect!

Based upon my research, the following coming dates (give or take a few

days) are delicate and might be crucial: 17 Oct, 2 Nov and 17 Nov.

Eclipse cycles tend to end with a bang, that is dramatically. My body

of research on eclipses will appear in book form sometime in November

or December, and I welcome inquiries from serious students.
