IS IT really astrology? Touch typing analogy!!

I am sorry but I fail to understand this! How someone who can watch

someone's gait and posture gets called an astrologer?

 

There was another post that talked about what essentially are

psychics and seers and so on, but they are not using astrology and

hence are not astrologers, nor do they claim to be.

 

I have heard of Mr. KN Rao talking about jyotishmati nadi and how

some astrologers turned into seers and did not need astrology or

astrologic or a chart any longer. Or Mr. Karve who sees individuals

and tells their lagna etc. Or RG Rao who wrote books on how to create

charts by looking at the kesar rekha in your natal palm or thumbs.

BTW, as a sideline --there is something worth pursuing there, folks!

 

I respect their achievements and if consistent, they are definitely

way better than astrologers but they are NOT astrologers and must not

be called so.

 

You see -- you can be a touch typist, a fabulous one clipping along

at 100 wpm or more ... but then comes along someone who is using a

fancy version of Dragon speech recognition system and can speak into

it at 200 wpm (words per minute) and the program flawlessly

translates into typed content. Should the person using the speech

recognition typing be called a *touch typist*?
