We would very much appreciate the guidance from the experts re.

relocating and starting a suitable career.

 

Details: DOB 12-April-1963, TOB 7.30pm, POB 33N55, 101W89 (Lubbock

Texas) I would like to move to the California area and pursue a

license in Real Estate. I need to get into some kind of profession

where I can work from home rather than an office job to stay close to

a senior member of the family. Would this be a promising successful

field for me? Another person who would be joining me in this

endeavor, her DOB 24-April-1930, TOB 2:30pm, POB 33N55, 74E36

(Ferozepore, Punjab).

 

In the past I worked in Law Enforcement (1984-Aug. - 1994-Aug),

accounting (1995-Nov. - 2003-Feb.) The last few years, I have been

traveling and staying at home. Now, I feel like starting a new career

in Real Estate. Does this appear to be a suitable career, or does the

chart point to a different vocation?

We (myself and the venture partner) intend to relocate to the San

Francisco (37N75, 122W20) and then start the business there.

 

* When would be a good time to relocate to the San Francisco area?

* Which would be the best: register the business name in both of the

names, in her name only or my name only?
