Guest guest
dear friend narasimhan ji out of my experience, i find that for an astrologer to come close to learn everything in astrology, it takes at least two decades of learning cum experience. instead of a professional astrologer reading from a chart, a highly learnt astrologer with decades of experience can read everything backwards even just by hearing the details of a person. i was also told by my gurus that astrologers are classified into four levels viz. amateur, professional, master and sage. an amateur astrologer knows how to prepare a chart based on birth details and read the chart by referring books and do some analysis as well but falter in predictions. a professional astrologer requires minimum details and make thorough reading and also make precise predictions on his own without referring any book and is also capable of suggesting remedies. a master level astrologer needs no details and can make instant and even distance readings as well as predictions and suggestion of remedies. such masters got by rote all yogas, meanings of all MD/AD/PDs etc and generally do not read charts on daily basis as they are busy in writing books or teaching astrology classes. a sage level astrologer has his third eye functioning and he can predict everything with his clairvoyance without knowing even the name of the person or even seeing the person. if such sage level astrologers say something, it is reckoned as the word of god and they have the power to change the fate by their blessings. such sage level astrologers are rare to find. truly experience alone makes an astrologer perfect. with best wishes arjun Balaji Narasimhan <sherlockbalaji wrote: Arjun ji, In your message addressed to Gurmeet ji, you wrote: <<<even though basing your readings heavily on nakshatras is good, do not criticise others for not following this system>>> A very nice thought. Often, we learn such things only by experience. I recollect reading the chart of one person some time back. He had Kumba Lagna and Sukra was in the 4th, with Kuja. Now, in Sukra Dasa, he expected the Raja Yoga to activate because lords of 10th and 9th were conjunct. However, all he got were ulcers! The reason was not hard to seek - Sukra was in 6th lord Chandra's star Rohini! This was an eye opener for me, and since then, I have relied heavily on nakshatras. While I agree with Gurmeet ji on the importance of nakshatras, I also agree with you with reference to the freedom part. Jyotish cannot be mastered merely by learning principles, experience is more important, and the experiences we identify with defines our direction! ~~~~~~~ Balaji Narasimhan * http://www.sherlock-holmes.com/balaji.htm Author, Sherlock Holmes: Solutions from the Sussex Downs Editor, The Partial Art of Detection ~~~~~~~ ____ for Good Donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. http://store./redcross-donate3/ SURRENDER JOYFULLY TO THE WILL OF THE ULTIMATE DIVINITY AND RELISH THE TASTE OF ABSOLUTE BLISS. Guest guest
Dear Arjun Garu The ongoing affirmations/debate along with admissions are truely revealing and interesting.Arjun ji is to be complimented for his clarity in his words"such sage level astrologers are rare to find. truly experience alone makes an astrologer perfect" Collectively when we put in our views and considered postively for the health and prosperity of the humankind we are contributing rightly for the purpose and cause.the effervescence now being seen in the subject of Astrology is really surpring. The younger lot particularly around 20s with few words picked here and there say "they know astrology and make predictions". Else where even one of our friend in the group is concerned very much for the hrowth of subject and consistency of Astrology while making future as subject and predicting the life. I really step forwrd to eulogise the stand of my teacher"arjun ji, meeku maa hridayapoorvaka dahnyavadalu krishnan anil <anil_bindal2000 wrote: Dear Arjun ji, I recently met an astrologer, who just asked Abhishek to walk few steps and then predicted the age, yogas, name of his bride etc..his children..
