Often, we learn such things only by experience. I recollect reading the chart of one person some time back. He had Kumba Lagna and Sukra was in the 4th, with Kuja. Now, in Sukra Dasa, he expected the Raja Yoga to activate because lords of 10th and 9th were conjunct. However, all he got were ulcers! The reason was not hard to seek - Sukra was in 6th lord Chandra's star Rohini! This was an eye opener for me, and since then, I have relied heavily on nakshatras. While I agree with Gurmeet ji on the importance of nakshatras, I also agree with you with reference to the freedom part. Jyotish cannot be mastered merely by learning principles, experience is more important, and the experiences we identify with defines our direction! ~~~~~~~ Balaji Narasimhan * http://www.sherlock-holmes.com/balaji.htm Author, Sherlock Holmes: Solutions from the Sussex Downs Editor, The Partial Art of Detection ~~~~~~~ ____ for Good Donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. http://store./redcross-donate3/
Guest guest
Bala ji, Thanks for your comments. I have 15 years experience now. You can study my chart also. My debilitated jupiter in 11th house is in the nakshatra of exalted mars, the ruler of 2nd and 9th house placed in the 11th house. Jupiter is now giving me excellent results. I am in JUP/JUP/MER period right now. This week Jupiter Mercury and Moon were together in Mars nakshatra in 11th house from natal moon. They gave my success in business matters. feb 3rd, 1962 10:03 AM Ludhiana India Regards G.
