Guest guest
Sorry to interefere, but dear Singh, what is the LOGIC behind the screen, which makes the 22nd star bad? Is it 'your feeling'? I have not found it in any classical text nor in dealing with practical charts! Or are you just fixing a random number? :-) Because 22nd star happens to be the 'SAADHAKA TAARA' and in the 10th house, it is a KEY factor for success! I am really EAGER to know what makes you choose 22nd star? Any logic in calling it DESTRUCTIVE with great conviction? eagerly KAD , "hbk1hbk_2100" <hbk1hbk_2100> wrote: > Rohin ji, > > I will never forget jupiter's transit through my 10th house from > natal moon. Guest guest
Gurmeet Singh ji, <<<Please read some books on nakshatras. 7th nakshatra represents one's death, 10th nakshatra represents one's career, 22nd nakshatra represents one's destruction etc.>>> Sorry, but Kad Rudra ji's point is very relevent. As per Satyacharya's Satya Jatakam, the 22nd star is the 4th nakshatra from Trijanma and so is benefic. Maybe, you are referring to the 23rd star, the Vinash Nakshatra? Guru in 10 is bad, but if it in 22nd star, malefic effects are reduced. They are increased in the 23rd star because both the house and the star are bad. ~~~~~~~ Balaji Narasimhan * http://www.sherlock-holmes.com/balaji.htm Author, Sherlock Holmes: Solutions from the Sussex Downs Editor, The Partial Art of Detection ~~~~~~~ Mail - PC Magazine Editors' Choice 2005
Guest guest
You are right. Some astrologer consider 27 nakshatras, some use 28 nakshatras, that sconfusion. I was referring to Vinash nakshatra. What do you think about jupiter's transit through vinash nakshatra? Regards G. Guest guest
Dear Singh and Partha, I know the book written by PVR Narasimha Rao and even the list of stars as Vainashik etc..are available on net too. If you are 'translating' Vainashika, then its absolutely right to call the star destructive. By the way, In Mr.Partha's mail the following star numbers were missing, let me add them for reference: DESHA - 12th star - country ABHISHEKA - 13th star - anointing(religious bathing) AADHAANA - 19th star - Implantation MAANASA - 25th star - Mind, mental But 22nd star is the FINAL SADHAKA TAARA in tri-taara chakra list as rightly noted by Balaji Narasimhan, and is of keen importance as it falls in Medium Coeli(Nabha)! This star is the real representation of HOW HIGH the person can soar up to! Further, it occupies the same navamsha positions as that of Janma taara! Why should it be destructive? Just because it is named so? Sorry I don't find any classical work supporting this idea! By the way, any member who knows the 'classical source' of Vainashika etc stars, please keep us informed! If in Sanskrit original verse, still better! yours humbly KAD , "hbk1hbk_2100" <hbk1hbk_2100> wrote: > I like Vedic Astrology : An Integrated Approach book by PV Narasimha. > > , "kadrudra" <kadrudra> > wrote: > > Please share your deep knowledge of nakshatras with the group.. > > tell us WHICH classical text gives that rule? > > > > > > > > > > , "hbk1hbk_2100" > > <hbk1hbk_2100> wrote: > > > Please read some books on nakshatras. 7th nakshatra represents > > one's > > > death, 10th nakshatra represents one's career, 22nd nakshatra > > > represents one's destruction etc. > > > > > > , "kadrudra" > <kadrudra> > > > wrote: > > > > Sorry to interefere, but dear Singh, what is the LOGIC behind > > > > the screen, which makes the 22nd star bad? Guest guest
Dear KAD and other members, I have tested these techniques on myself. Many astrologers only consider 27 nakshatras other astrologers consider 28 nakshatras and they include abhijeet also. I tested my chart using both techniques. I found using 28 nakshatras gave me more accurate results if I follow PV Narasimha Rao's book Vendic astrology : An integrated approach. I found when jupiter was transiting 10th nakshatra from natal moon I was doing very well at work. I got quick promotions and raises. But when rahu was transiting 10th nakshatra from natal moon and I was in rahu mahadasha, my employer was almost going to sue me. But it didn't happen as soon after that I entered jupiter mahadasha and rahu left 10th nakshatra. According to PV Narasimha's book the Vinash nakshatra is 22nd one not 23rd one as indicated by a member here. Regards G. Guest guest
Dear Singh, So sad to hear about your bad times with 22nd star! But I have seen politicians, officers, administrators rising to great heights and also common man achieving stability in his profession and career during transit of good Jupiter or lord of lagna on 22nd star. Thats my experience and differs 100%! Like mine, yours too remains just 'an experience' and can not be an astrological dictum, since I find no major classical authority on Jyotisha describes transit on 22nd star as 'destructive'. In terms of taara-bala, 22nd star is same as 4th star and is called KSHEMA taara - TOTALLY SAFE! To illustrate from your experience, how about judging this horoscope wrt 10th house, with special emphasis on 22nd star? QUERY: What can you predict about the job of the person during transit of Jupiter on Hasta the 22nd star(including abhijit) from PoorvashaDha. If you use 27 stars, 22nd star is Chitta and what can you say about job etc, when Jupiter transits Chitta? The birth data is as follows: DOB: 19th Oct 1977 TOB: 5:30 AM POB:34N38,135E31 Zone: +9:00 hrs; No DST observed. eagerly yours, KAD , "hbk1hbk_2100" <hbk1hbk_2100> wrote: > Dear KAD and other members, > > I have tested these techniques on myself. Guest guest
Dear KAD, I am still trying to figure out. Maybe it is not 22nd nakshatra, it is jupiter ketu conjunction and aspect of saturn on both of them. My experience is that jupiter becomes malefic by transit when it is in the company of malefics or aspected by malefics. Jupiter Mars conjunction in Uttar Phalguni in Oct 2004 gave me excellent results in 10th house from natal moon. I am following PV Narasimha rao's book. According to him the transit of jupiter through Hasta is not good as it is vanaish nakshatra. I once had discussions with him whether we should use 27 nakshatras or 28 nakshatras, which method is more accurate. He mentioned that he is able to get accurate results by using 28 nakshatras. I tested my own horoscope using 28 nakshatras rule and found myself in total agreement with PVR. Then you have to see the ashtavarga points also. I do not have lot of ashtavarga points in virgo. Also in my natal chart jupiter is with ketu. So whenever by transit jupiter joins ketu sometimes, then jupiter does not help me for that period. Also I have moon in 12th house from jupiter, a shakta yoga. This yoga also give me problems sometimes when jupiter is in 8th house from natal moon for example. I studied my own chart so well that I know when the bad time is coming and when the raj yoga period is coming. Also PVR uses nakshatras and taras in his book. His rules are different for nakshatras and taras. I like his book very much. Regards G. Singh , "kadrudra" <kadrudra> wrote: > Dear Singh, > > So sad to hear about your bad times with 22nd star!
