Planets at Zero Degrees TO Kshemkalyani ji

Hi V Kshemkalyani ji

 

Incase planet is at 00:29:35 degree still it comes

under the rule put by you [you said between 29:00 to

00:00]

I thought that it is considered to be weak planet (not

bad planet for horroscope)

 

Please confirm
