The combination as you have mentioned can effect married life. Remedies can be done for Rahu-Mars/Ketu combination rather than wearing gemstone for Venus. However, according to Sanjay Rath, the stone to use should be Rahu in this particular case. The reason for this, in my own opinion, is that Venus would have to compensate for the effect of the Rahu stone and would have to increase its benefic effects for you.
