Guest guest Posted August 8, 2005 Report Share Posted August 8, 2005 In Navamsa chart, each rashi is further divided into 9 parts. i.e Aries is divided in to 9 parts, then the planet which is in Aries, may fall in a different rashi, in the Navamsha chart. If the planet falls in the same rashi in the Navamsha chart, then it is called a vargottam plplanet. As regards chalit chart, it pertains to division of houses. That is houses are not equally divided vis-a-vis rashis.
