Incase Jupiter is weak in planet/Retro in nature BUT not debilitated then can we perform dana/puja etc for jupiter LIKE giving yellow rice to beggars on thursday. Donation and charities and social service to counter the malefic influence of the planets- whoever it may be. For example if Mars(whether it be a functional benefic or not) is close to 5th cusp- doing selfless service for your friends/ neighbours will reduce its malefic effects substantially.
