When the boy's horoscope has mars and venus in the 7th house from ascendant (kuja dosham) and the girl's has rahu in the 8th from ascendant (rahu dosham), can this be considered a dosha samyam... do the doshams cancel each other's out? Can there be a match between these two horoscopes?
