There are various schools of thought regarding the nodes and I

agree with those who believe that Rahu and Ketu can never be

either Uccha or Neecha.

 

It is far better to consider their effects based on the house

lord, the nakshatra lord, and the grahas that are

conjunct/aspecting them.

 

Let us apply this to your chart. Ketu is in Vrichaka, and his

dispositor is Kuja. Ketu is in Guru's nakshatra Vishaka and

conjunct Chandra, even though the latter is in Tula.

 

Though Kuja, Surya and Budha aspect Ketu, we need to consider

only Kuja's aspect because the other aspects are over 15 degrees

wide off the mark.

 

So, Ketu will be influenced by Guru, Chandra, and Kuja. Since

these are the lords of the Trikonas and the Lagna, Ketu Dasa

will be quite beneficial for you.

 

Additionally, Ketu's Shadvarga Vimshopak stands at a healthy 16,

and this will further ensure that Ketu's Dasa [Dec 2006 - Dec

2013] will be quite good for you.

 

Presence of Ketu in the 9th aspected by 9th lord will help you

grow a lot more religious, especially since Ketu is a Moksha

Karaka.

 

But please remember, Ketu, who is capable of giving an extremely

high religious bent of mind, may also cause some sufferings on a

worldly plane.

 

If this happens, please take it positively - perhaps, divine

Ketu may want you to suffer some difficulties so that your

religious thoughts are further sharpened!

 

Ketu's conjunction with Chandra could also lead to some

gloominess during Ketu's Dasa, but since Guru aspects Chandra,

this could be minimized.
