How & when to come out of overburdened debt?

Dear sirs,

Please guide me as to when I will be able to overpower my

debt-burden. I have given an ad.in local newspaper and

have planned to sell out my own bungalow

at a reasonable price and shift my family to a flat.

I will be very happy to receive a guidance as to

whether or not I should proceed with my plan to sell

my bungalow.

Hello Kalyani,

The prasna chart indicates an earthy sign with raising head.Lagna lord posited

in a graha yuddha in enemy's sign will indicate many people will show interest

buy and will also offer good price.

As far as purchasing/shifting to new house the time does not look to be

auspicious as seen from moon sign(Kumbha) with the lord posited in 6th from

there again in the house of enemies.

Lagna lord is also Atmakarak posited in friends house in navamsa in 6th has

Your plans to sell a bungalow and shift to a flat is due to the debilitated

mercury antardasa in weak venus (lord of debts) mahadasa which is on till

November, 2006. However, in the later years further accumulation of assets is

also seen.

Dear Vikas Gopal Kshemkalyani.(Jyotish Pravin,

 

Well Looking at your astrological qualifications, I am just a novice

here(still learning). Anyway here's what I found sofar using KAS and

vedic astrology techniques:

 

The dispositor of Saturn 4th Lord is rendered weak due to its

placement in 12th house and is linked to Guru Chandala Yoga .10th

Lord Sun is in 6th house which shows its linked to ARTH TRIKONA yet

falls on RKA axis. 4th House is occupied by 12th Lord Venus and

Lagna Lord Mars. While Lagna Lord Mars prevents losses being

Functional Benefic for 1st and 6th Houses, yet as a natural malefic

it does cause some harm to properties. SO Mars can lead to great

properties here in yur case being in a Kendra position…but gain

Saturn its dispositor renders it somewhat weak. However the major

damaging effect is due to weak 4th Lord Saturn and 12th Lord Venus

in 4th House.

 

KAS shows similar developments i.e., painful expenditure/disposal of

properties and next 14/15 montsh are tough until Jupiter Enters

Scorpio in 27th OCTOBER 2006 ..then the environment come sin your

favour during Venus/Saturn(3rd sector) and Venus/Mercury periods for

two years …so you can get good income during that time then but

properties will come back again only during Sun/Mars and Sun/Rahu

periods from April2011 to April2013 periods when you can get great

income and acquire properties since Sun, Mars and Venus(Rahu acts

like Venus) support properties tremendously in your chart. So all

that has been lost can definitely be recovered in that period(6 to 8

years from now).
