I will be giving a free Teleclass entitled "Yogic

Principles in Astrology" this Thursday 7/21 for 1 hour

beginning promptly at 4PM PDT. (7pm EDT) In this class

the Principles of Yoga and Vedanta will be discussed

relevant to Astrology using material from my (soon to

be released) new book "The Ascendant - The 108 Planets

of Vedic Astrology." (Kala Publishing) A Free 7 page

manual is included with the class.

This free class will be a primer for the upcoming 9

week (18 hour) Teleclass i will be teaching on

"Classical Yoga and Astrology." Although I am a Vedic

Astrologer, there is a high degree of relevance also

for westerners including those more familiar with

Western Astrology, who are looking for more insight

into the Yogic / Vedic origin of the Zodiac, Western

Archetypes and Western Astrology in general. The Chart

as a portrait of the Chakras and their connection to

the 5 elements, the unfolding of consciousness through

each planet, relationship to Vedanta, the 3 gunas,

Ayurvedic remedies, Hindu / Vedic and Tantric

Practices and Deities, Mantras, The 4 main paths of

Yoga and more, will all be explored, relative to the

Planets and the Astrological Chart in this 9 week

session. All levels welcome.

Sadasiva has over 20 years of Vedic study and

experience. He is a certified Vedic astrologer and

teacher through the American Council of Vedic

Astrology (level 2) as well as a contributing author

to various publications. He is also a certified Hatha

Yoga instructor. Integrating the principles of

classical Yoga and Vedanta with those of classical

Jyotish is his greatest inspiration. Both his personal
