You have Mesha Lagna and Rasi, and are currently running Chandra

Dasa [Jul 1999 - Jul 2019] and Budha Bukti [May 2005 - Oct 2006]

 

Usually, people with Kuja Dosha are told to marry after 32,

because one gets a little more mature in his early 30s, and this

can counteract some of the fighting spirit of Kuja, which can

lead to seperation from the spouse.

 

However, in your case, Kuja is the Lagnadipati in the Lagna, and

I don't see how this applies to you. True, Lagna is subject to

Papa Katari Yoga and Kuja is Neecha in Navamsa, but it is

doubtful if this is the reason.

 

Another reason could be because you are running Budha Bukti.

Budha is Neecha in Navamsa, and rules the 6th, which deals with

seperation, being the 12th from the 7th.

 

Or, maybe, you were asked to wait until the Dasa of the

Lagnadipati started in 2009? Personally, you should ask the

person who told you this!

 

However, as things stand, you could get married in the current

period because Chandra can give marriage, especially in your

case since he is conjunct 7th lord Sukra, placed in Sukra's

star, and aspects the 7th house.

 

Overall, your 7th house is aspected by own lord Sukra,

Lagnadipati Kuja, and 4th lord Chandra. None of these seem

malefic.

 

True, Chandra technically suffers from Kendradipati Dosha by

owning the 4th, but this is usually very mild in his case, and

need not be considered seriously.

 

Also, Chandra is malefic in the Krishna Paksha, and so, the

ownership of the Kendra could convert him into a mild benefic!

 

Regarding abroad travel, since Lagna falls in a Movable sign,

the 9th and the 12th fall in Common signs, increasing the

possibility of travel abroad.

 

The presence of the foreign graha Ketu in the 12th, combined

with the presence of 9th lord Guru in the star of Chandra also

further strengthen the possibility.
