Your father is currently running rahu mahadasa and venus antardasa till 10th

August 2007.

In your father's chart lagnesh is also the lord of death and is in the 6th house

(though exalted). Based on the unfavourable planetary positions and the current

unfavourable mahadasa/antardasa, there is no chance of recovering the money lent

and hence you may go in for compromises to salvage whatever you can get from

them. If you proceed for lawsuits, since the lord of the sixth house is in the

house of expenditure, it would result in further spendig of money, waste of time

and energy and spoiling his health.
